For a sunny and relaxing yoga practice. Vinyasa yoga (active), Yin yoga (gentle) and meditation. Nastasia, a Yoga Alliance International-certified yoga teacher with over 3 years' international experience, offers group sessions on the beach or individual sessions at your home or outdoors. Available to all levels, in French or English.

Description

I structure my sessions using different types of active or passive yoga, introduce the philosophy of yoga and use meditation and breathing.

- VINYASA YOGA or Active Practice is an active, flowing yoga practice that helps to develop strength and flexibility. It is a creative form of yoga in which the poses are linked with the breath in a fluid sequence, suitable for all levels.
- YIN YOGA, or passive yoga, is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that incorporates the principles of traditional Chinese medicine with asanas (poses). It stretches the body deeply and helps to release tension. Yin yoga can be a very emotional practice because we work on the deep tissues, fascia, where we often store our traumas.

- MEDITATION allows you to make a real connection with yourself. It brings a feeling of calm and reduces the pattern of intellectual rumination. It reduces stress and anxiety. It promotes emotional well-being and improves sleep. With over 200 passive and active techniques, just try to find the one that suits you.
- BREATHING is one of the most powerful practices in yoga. It allows you to connect deeply with your body and soul. Breathwork increases the capacity of the lungs, improves the vascular system and effectively calms the mind.

- VINYASA YOGA / Tuesday-Saturday-Sunday 10.00 am
- YIN YOGA / Wednesday and Sunday 6.30pm
- WELL-BEING WORKSHOP (2 hrs) / Friday 6.00pm
