Description

Corinne Raynal is a contemporary artist. A teacher in several Parisian studios for many years, she has now decided to exhibit her own paintings in Dinard, a cultural town with a strong focus on Art and Culture.

You will be able to discover her paintings as well as a wide variety of her acrylics on paper, all framed. Don't hesitate to come and discover her work - the Côte d'Emeraude is the perfect place for her creativity.

After teaching painting for many years, notably at the Batignolles workshop in Paris (VIIIè), which she founded and directed, Corinne Raynal is now taking a much less figurative approach to her painting.

Without denying her rigorous training in realist painting, this artist combines academic tradition and modernity to blossom along a new pictorial path.

Today, she navigates between two techniques, one based on an architecture of geometric forms and strict lines. The second is a pure, peaceful abstract, with contrasting and blending spaces blending together in a liberation of space.

His palette has become lighter and more cheerful, with colours gaining in intensity to encourage the eye to wander across the canvas, and elements such as chalk and felt-tip pens are essential to help him get the painting flowing. Working in the abstract has become fascinating, and letting go has been complicated, but she continues to evolve all the time, and her small gallery in Dinard is an ideal space for her creativity. Corinne is now very present on the Instragram and Facebook social networks.
