Our visitor reception areas
As part of its commitment to inclusive tourism, the Tourist Office is engaged in the Tourism & Disability certification process, which aims to cover the four categories of disability—hearing, intellectual, physical, and visual—across all of its visitor reception areas. All staff members are trained and sensitised to welcoming visitors with disabilities.
Accordingly, our facilities are equipped with the following features:
