Bleu-Thé
Come and discover the first peasant and agro-ecological tea garden on the Emerald Coast.
They say the earth is as blue as an orange...but what if it were as blue as a cup of tea?
What is Bleu-Thé?
A tea-growing project born in 2022 in Minihic-sur-Rance (Ille-et-Vilaine) in the wake of the Breton tea pioneers.
A 100% organic Breton tea, explored through living soil and agroforestry.
A tea garden with its eyes in the water, gradually opening its doors to small groups from mid-July 2025.
A nursery of tea plants grown from seeds selected from the 4 corners of Brittany
A place of learning, agricultural, gastronomic and human experimentation.
A pronounced taste for blue-green teas (also known as oolong or semi-oxidized).
Local and international producers, partners and tea lovers who keep the passion for tea alive.
Tour schedule:
Presentation of the garden
Collective plucking of tea leaves
Firing/creation of a tea by the producer
