Cycling on the Tremereuc green cycle path

This commune, nestled between Rance and Frémur and built in the footsteps of a primitive castle mound, has all the charms of a typical Breton village just a short distance from the coast.

Family bike ride

The green cycle path that connects Dinard to Dinan passes through the charming commune of Tréméreuc. The cycle route is laid out along the old railway line and allows you to cycle safely without encountering any cars. In fine weather, you can meander through the cool countryside in the shade of the large trees along the route. Get on your bikes, and don’t forget your helmets. You’re in for a great afternoon of activity!

Discover the charm of Tréméreuc

Leave the green cycle path for a moment for your first stop in the town of Tréméreuc.

Saint-Laurent Church with its granite cross stands proudly in the middle of the village. Around it, look at the typical cut stone houses and the numerous farm buildings which will make you feel like you’ve gone back in time.

The local bread oven is a popular meeting place for Tremeuc residents of all ages. Once or twice a month, the oven starts up: bring your bread, dishes and pizzas and enjoy them in the adjacent inner courtyard. A friendly atmosphere is guaranteed! The bread oven also hosts various events: car boot sales, egg hunts, tastings of the Christmas fouées (airy bread), and many others!
