Le Saumonier Dinard is a handmade fish smoking company.
Created in 2013 by Rodolph Belghazi, Master Saumonier and run by Claude Lenéel. During the tour, he will explain the differences between a handmade and industrial company and will make you (re)discover the authentic taste of smoked salmon.
You can watch salting and handmade slicing through large windows. Shop.
