La Grande Salinette Beach is ideal for families: calm waters and lifeguard-supervised in the summer, with easy access from the parking lot.
- Beach club open to children ages 3 and up during spring and summer break.
- Beach is lifeguarded in July and August

- The beach is home to the Briacine Sailing School
Parking and beach access:
- Access by car: free parking on Boulevard du Béchay (blue zone in July–August). Easy access on foot via a flat path from the parking lot.
- Access by public transportation: BreizhGo - Line 516, La Houle stop.
Pets:
Pets are allowed on Grande Salinette Beach from September 16 to June 14.
Exposure and swimming conditions:
La Grande Salinette is a fine-sand beach facing west. The water quality is rated “Excellent” by the Ministry of Health (2025).
Swimming is possible at both high tide and low tide.
