Plage de la Fourberie
A small beach accessible via the coastal path from Pointe du Nick, known for its tranquility.
La Fourberie Beach is easily recognizable by its famous White Tower, a former navigational landmark. It also offers a breathtaking view of Cézembre Island.
Lifeguards on duty in July and August.
Parking and beach access:
- By car: Free parking is available on Rue Emile Bergerat. The beach is at the end of this street (access via a ramp).
- Access by public transportation: BreizhGo – Line 516, La Fourberie stop. The beach is a 350-meter walk.
Pets:
Pets are allowed on La Fourberie Beach from September 16 to June 14.
Exposure and swimming conditions:
La Fourberie Beach is a large, fine-sand beach facing north/northwest. The water quality is rated “Excellent” by the Ministry of Health (2025).
Swimming is possible at both high tide and low tide.
