We offer classes for all levels:
> Vinyasa Krama: dynamic, flowing yoga synchronized with the breath, ideal for toning the body.
> Hatha Flow: a gentle, accessible approach, perfect for improving your flexibility and relaxing.
On request, I can also organize personalized sessions for groups, whether you're a beginner or an advanced student.
