Within a 10-minute walk, you can enjoy beautiful beaches and all the seaside activities, thalassotherapy, the bike path, and explore the coastal trails along the magnificent Emerald Coast.
Walking along the sea, it’s a pleasant stroll to the center of Dinard, where you can enjoy its renowned market, swimming pool, movie theater, shops, and numerous restaurants and cafés.

During the summer season, the apartment is rented by the week, from Saturday to Saturday.

The open-concept kitchen/dining area includes a table and 4 chairs, an induction cooktop, a microwave, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a coffee maker, an espresso machine, an electric kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, and a washing machine (with a drying rack and iron).

The living area, featuring a large-screen HDTV, fiber-optic internet, and Wi-Fi, offers every comfort for you to relax.
It opens onto the terrace, garden furniture, a griddle, armchairs, and lounge chairs.

The two bedrooms are separated by a landing; the bedding is hotel-quality.

Cleaning!
The accommodation must be left clean (optional cleaning service: 80 euros).
Please leave the dishes clean and put away, and gather the towels and bed linens in the bathroom. Mattress pads and pillow protectors must remain in place.

Please also dispose of your trash at the nearby locations indicated in the welcome booklet.

Notes:
- Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as there are stairs to access the upper floor.
- Non-smoking area (inside the accommodation).
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please respect the peace and quiet of the premises, especially after 10 p.m.

A tourist tax of €1.43 per day per person will be collected upon arrival when the keys are handed over. Exemption for guests under 18 years of age.
