A quiet location just a few kilometers from the sea, at the foot of hiking trails and 2 kilometers from shops. This 180 m² house offers comfortable spaces for sharing quality time together or for relaxing. To preserve this peaceful atmosphere, parties are not permitted.

On the ground floor:
- The “Salle du Bois Joli,” a 66 m² space featuring: a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a table that seats 10 people, and a living room furnished with comfortable, contemporary furniture, a large TV, and a wood-burning stove.
- An entryway with a large closet, a restroom, a washing machine, and a dryer

Upstairs:
- The “Little Clogs” Room, or family room, featuring 4 beds (1 160-cm bed + 1 160-cm bed + 2 80-cm beds), with a private bathroom and a separate toilet.
- The “Petits Crins” Room, featuring a 140-cm bed and a private bathroom with a separate toilet
- The “Douces Rênes” Room, featuring a 160-cm bed, a sofa bed, and a private bathroom with a separate toilet
Note regarding linens: Sheets and towels are provided and included in the rate when you make your reservation.

Outdoor areas:
- A large 400 m² garden with a boules court
- A spacious 80 m² terrace with a small seating area, lounge chairs, and tables for dining with up to 10 people.

Free parking is available on the property grounds, less than 100 meters from the cottage.

We are 8 kilometers from the beaches of Dinard, 5 kilometers from the beaches of Minihic-sur-Rance, 500 meters from Le Frémur, 2 kilometers from the town of Pleurtuit with its shops, and 10 kilometers from Saint-Malo.

The building, with a total area of 400 m², includes 1 cottage for 10 people, 1 cottage for 2 people, and 2 year-round residences.

The 2-person cottage, which allows dogs, can be rented as an additional unit to accommodate the needs of the entire group.
