Your 40 m² vacation rental consists of:
• An open-concept space with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that opens onto the living room
• A bedroom with a 140 × 190 cm bed and an adjoining bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Outside:
• A 60 m² private garden with lounge chairs and patio furniture
• A 20 m² wooden deck.

You can park your vehicle at the entrance, on the property, 100 meters away, in a parking lot shared with the second vacation rental and the boarding stable’s guests.

The vacation rental is adjacent to another vacation rental that sleeps 10 people, as well as a year-round residence upstairs. Occasionally, you may hear some noise from the occupants. It is located near the owners’ home; they are on hand to welcome you and ensure your comfort.

Ideally situated on the edge of the Ille-et-Vilaine department, the cottage offers quick access to the iconic seaside resorts of the Breton coast, such as Dinard (7 km), Saint-Malo (15 km), and Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer (13 km), where you can enjoy the beaches, water sports, and other recreational activities, as well as a lively local scene.

Don’t miss a visit to Dinan (15 km), a superb medieval town with a rich heritage, or Mont-Saint-Michel (52 km), the region’s must-see gem.

The “Vélo Maritime” bike path, running from Dinard to Dinan, is just 1 km from the cottage.
Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the immediate access to hiking trails located near the cottage, perfect for exploring the region on foot, by bike, or on horseback. Golf enthusiasts can reach the 9-hole course in Tréméreuc, just 1.9 km away.
