Founded over 70 years ago in La Trinité-sur-Mer, La Trinitaine Biscuiterie has established itself as an iconic brand of Breton culinary heritage. Founded in 1955 by pastry chef Lucien Petit, its story began with a creation that has since become iconic: the Cigarette, a thin rolled cookie born from a happy accident in the recipe.

Combining authentic recipes with modern touches, the biscuit factory passionately and meticulously preserves traditional craftsmanship. La Trinitaine places great importance on the selection of its basic ingredients, such as flour, butter, eggs, and sugar, all of French origin. Each year, the brand creates new gourmet treats, made without preservatives, artificial flavors, or artificial colors.
