La Douce Escapade

This large house will win you over with its unoverlooked location. The contemporary decor is tasteful and of high quality. It comprises a large living room with a dining area and lounge separated by a large open-plan kitchen.

There are 4 spacious bedrooms, including one on the ground floor, each with its own private shower room.
The west-facing terrace is equipped with deckchairs, garden furniture for your meals, a plancha grill and a small relaxation area.

The enclosed garden with its trees is a cosy place to relax. From May 2024, La Douce Escapade will have its own heated, secure swimming pool.

Beds are made on arrival and towels are provided.

You can park three cars in front of the house.

This villa is located in La Richardais, a commune on the banks of the Rance, bordering Dinard, on the Emerald Coast opposite Saint-Malo, between Mont Saint-Michel and Cap Fréhel.

Saint-Malo SNCF train station is 10 minutes away by car, and Dinard airport is 5 minutes away. Easy access to the Saint-Malo/Dinard dual carriageway.

The beaches of Dinard are a 5-minute drive away. The village of La Richardais and its various shops are within walking distance. Dinard golf course is 10 minutes away by car, and the cinema-bowling and laser game are 1 minute from the house.

Minimum stay 2 nights, arrival 4pm, except during school holidays (Saturday to Saturday) arrival 5pm, departure 10am.
