A unique sport adapted and adaptable for everyone. Gym, cardio, weightlifting... Each class lasts a maximum of one hour and is coached and supervised by a qualified trainer.
Crossfit, or “cross-training”, is a form of general physical preparation that is equally suited to the competitive athlete and to those wishing to maintain and/or get back into shape.
Everyone trains at their own level, at their own pace and with the right adaptations to train and evolve safely.
The WOD (Workout Of the Day) is the workout of the day. Each day's workout will be different, to avoid routine. We offer training for teenagers aged 11-14 and children aged 6-10, as well as a senior class for those over 55.
Beyond the sport, Emeraude Crossfit is a real community of sharing, cohesion, mutual aid and good humor.
