OUR STRENGTHS
An experienced pastry chef, with a CAP Pâtissier and Chocolatier-Confiseur diploma, and a silver medal in the Best Apprentice in Chocolaterie competition (departmental and regional level).
Local ingredients: eggs from the neighboring farm and fresh produce for authentic flavors. Recipes that are easy to reproduce at home: no more complicated lessons!
A friendly, family atmosphere, where learning goes hand in hand with pleasure. You'll leave with your creations and the recipes you need to make them at home.
