WHAT WE OFFER
- Workshops for young and old: from age 3 upwards, with family or friends.
- Classic courses for adults: 3 hours to master delicious recipes, directly in our laboratory at 4 Village des Landes, 22490 Tréméreuc.
- Special EVJF offer: immerse yourself in a gourmet and festive universe with unforgettable culinary challenges.
- Seasonal themes: Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day... exclusive courses created for every occasion.
- Workshops for companies and groups: convivial moments around patisserie or chocolate, ideal for strengthening bonds.
OUR STRENGTHS
An experienced pastry chef, with a CAP Pâtissier and Chocolatier-Confiseur diploma, and a silver medal in the Best Apprentice in Chocolaterie competition (departmental and regional level).
Local ingredients: eggs from the neighboring farm and fresh produce for authentic flavors. Recipes that are easy to reproduce at home: no more complicated lessons!
