Located in the heart of the Emerald Coast in Pleurtuit<\/a><\/strong>, these workshops invite you to dive into the art of cr\u00eape-making, a true Breton tradition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e9nate Le Berre is passionate about her craft. She will teach you how to use the billig<\/em>, master the rozell<\/em>, and handle the spanell<\/em> to spread the batter like a true professional. This friendly moment is the perfect opportunity to learn how to prepare cr\u00eape batter. You\u2019ll also receive tips on its preservation, as well as on the maintenance of the cr\u00eape griddles. During this two-hour workshop (from 10 AM to 12 PM or from 3 PM to 5 PM), you will share the billigs<\/em> and refine your technique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
