Combining fitness and relaxation, energy and gentleness, the Parcours Aquatonic de Saint-Malo is a genuine 200 m² source of well-being. This unique concept, developed by the Thermes Marins de Saint-Malo, allows you to take full advantage of the richness of the water, the massage of 194 jets, the intensity of the bubbling, a water temperature of between 30 and 34°C and 14 workshops. It's a surprising way to regenerate your body and tone your muscles while enjoying the benefits of relaxation.

The course involves spending a few minutes on each of the workshops; there is no ideal order.

The Aquatonic, Sauna and Hammam Course lasts 90 minutes (excluding dressing and undressing time).

Remember to bring a swimming costume, cap and flip-flops.

- Bathing caps are compulsory for all, on sale at reception (€4).
- 1-piece or 2-piece swimming costumes (except thongs) for women
- Men's swimming trunks or boxer shorts
- All other clothing is forbidden: swimming shorts, overalls, t-shirts, etc.
- Bath towels are essential for sauna use.
