La Galerie Alfred
LA GALERIE ALFRED is located in the centre of Dinard. It is the permanent home of two artists.
Frédérique MAIRE, a ceramist offering polychrome earthenware for sale. All her sculptures are one-offs, depicting scenes from childhood, encounters and the passage of time. Frédérique works with a supple clay that is fired at very high temperatures to become a ceramic that is then given a patina.
François RAVARD, a comic book artist who has published over a dozen albums with Casterman, Futuropolis, Glénat, Flammarion and Fluide Glacial. His original watercolors presented at the gallery are truly one-of-a-kind pieces, featured in the collections “Pas un jour sans soleil”, “Vague d'amour” and “Bon vent!”, due out in the second quarter of 2025.
His watercolor and gouache illustrations reflect what's happening on our Brittany, Normandy and Aquitaine coasts.

This year, LA GALERIE ALFRED is delighted to invite ceramic artist Alice DES to exhibit her sculptures on the theme of the sea and women.
Young and old alike will be fascinated to rediscover all the humorous and contemplative winks of our beautiful Emerald Coast!
